Honestly dude, its not that big of a deal. It's just a third string RB.
Agreed. I'm not sure why the kid tranferred here because he's probably not going to get anymore reps here than he did at SC. I'm suprised he didn't stick with his original plan to go to UConn or back home to Temple instead.

That's what surprised me too. Why go from being a 3rd string RB to a 3rd string RB?

Is that why schools block transfers to schools on their schedule?
Coaches will tweek their schemes over the years to keep opposing teams from figuring out what they are trying to do. This is like sending over not only the playbook but how the plays are to be executed to the opposing teams.
If you have ever played college football then you would know what I am talking about.
So if UGA had played Bama last year with Maurice Smith on the field and Kirby Smart and Mel Tucker on the sideline, we would have had Bama dead to rights?
Damn, we really missed a golden opportunity...

Right? It doesn't make much sense. Why even transfer in the first place in that scenario. I'm guessing he got upset that he got beat out by two freshmen but there's a very good chance that exact same thing will happen here with the two guys we have coming in.
Talk about awkward.
Talk about awkward.

The grad transfer thing is a definite loophole. Transferring has now become a bigger part of the game than it ever was before. But I don't think changing it would be very fair to the players
If a kid puts in 3-4 years of playing time AND boosts a school's APR by graduating, he should feel free to do whatever he wants to do with his last year of eligibility. If that means staying put and pursuing a grad degree (like Aaron Murray and countless others have done) then great! If that means going somewhere else, then say thanks for representing your school, accept that they're a graduate of that school just like you, and wish them well. Shame on any school that wants to stand in the way of a guy that has done his due diligence as a student-athlete seeking out career development opportunities through graduate studies and/or a different playing opportunity.

What about coaches then? Arabda knew wisconsins playbook. Should he have had to sit out that game?

David Williams sucks. I can't believe a SEC school took him.

Guy who didn't play CFB tries to make a "boom" point by asking if person who disagrees with him played CFB. Classic Tigerdroppings.

That is just the way the cookie crumbles. This is a good challenge for the Hogs to come up with a game plan that will result in victory despite having a transfer on the opponent's side.

LSU coach acts like a little bitch and wouldn't let a kid transfer to any SEC school and YOU and their fans blindly support it but we are idiots for thinking it's an unfair advantage . Ok.
