Why should it be against the rules?

Playing against a former team (hasn't even been gone a year) the following season. I.E. an unfair advantage because of his knowledge of the playbook among other things. Have you ever played college football before?

You're a fricking idiot.

He had the right to transfer. He did. So happens he's on a team playing SC. Did Florida fans pout after having to face Brock Berlin?

He's a Grad Transfer...there are rules for this and it appears they are being followed. DWI

Alvin Kamara knew Bama's playbook and Tennessee still lost by 40 points. It has no effect on the game.

Is that why schools block transfers to schools on their schedule?
Coaches will tweek their schemes over the years to keep opposing teams from figuring out what they are trying to do. This is like sending over not only the playbook but how the plays are to be executed to the opposing teams.
If you have ever played college football then you would know what I am talking about.

Doesn't sound like he's very good, honestly. I guess Muschamp isn't worried about it.
And I'm pretty sure South Carolina could have blocked his transfer there if they wanted to

Best of luck to him.
If that's where he wants to play, that's where he should be able to play.

I'm sure he isn't but he will be aware of this when they play Arkansas this season.
Unfortunately this is a rule that has been debated but nothing has been done about it. I'm sure a lot of eyes will be on this game to see how it affects both teams.

Are you just making some silly thread topic to brag about playing college football?
Graduate transfers follow different rules.

You got me, I've been waiting years to start this thread.
My point was this isn't against the rules now but this may not be the case in the future. This situation is something I'm sure the SEC will pay attention to to see how it plays out.

The grad transfer thing is a definite loophole. Transferring has now become a bigger part of the game than it ever was before. But I don't think changing it would be very fair to the players

Honestly dude, its not that big of a deal. It's just a third string RB. It's not like this is Russell Wilson and Wisconsin is going to play NC State. If Arkansas beats you it won't be because of this kid.

David Williams at RB against us can only help, not hurt.
