Not to go all Aggie but I enjoy all kinds of sausage. Conecuh, Andouille, Johnsonville, Blood, Boudin, etc. For the grill it is hard to beat Conecuh spicy though. One of the local coffee shops here around Birmingham has started selling a Conecuh cheddar biscuit. The sausage is baked into the biscuit. O'Henry's for any of you Birmingham folks that want to try it out. And the Wall St Deli in food court in the Harbert building downtown is now using Conecuh.

I'm from Franklinton and I don't go near bogalusa if there's two things they are great at over it's transmitting Aids and amazing sausage.
Double D sausage is great for gumbos, jambalaya, beans, breakfast anytime.
Pattons hot sausage patties were sent here from the good lord above fry some up throw some grape jelly on bread add a patty and thank me later

Nothing better than Louisiana hottt sausage. You know it's good when it comes out hotter on the other end.
