They also took another QB with Mond and they also like one they already have. So in May, Stidhams is all in with Baylor after Briles fired, then in July he leaves b/c he does not want to be a backup. Mond said himself he didn't mind Stidhams, but the A&M staff decided he wasn't worth the risk....pretty simple.

Also b/c they ALREADY had 2 prima donna qb's leave b/c they couldn't have everything their way is exactly why Stidham and his issues is not worth the risk.

Grand Transfer, and if you can't see the diff b/w the 2, I can't explain it to you. Not to mention being a backup for 1 1/2 seasons and how it was handled.
