OU is #7 in his ratings if you want to hear about similar BS that came out of his machine.

Oh yeah and Notre Dame is #21.

That all looks fairly accurate, but good god LSU is way too high.

I agree 10000%. I'm not saying I agree with his ratings, I'm just saying what the ratings are.

I'm not sure if L5U has any business in the top 50.

Sagarin factors in the S&P+ rankings, no? Because if so, the preseason factors/biases still heavily weigh into this.

Sagarin does until the teams are well connected. Which means that every single team in FBS and FCS has directly or indirectly played each other. (I.e. They played a team that played a team that played a team that played a team that played that team.)

As unpopular of an opinion this may be I believe Sagarin overrates the SEC quite a bit. UF deserves higher than #18 and Alabama is about right, and if anything might deserve the #1 spot above Ohio State. The Hogs are about right and maybe should be a spot or 2 higher. But most of the rest of the conference seems too high. Save for maybe the Wildcats who are rated about right.

Is Auburn ranked 12th and actually 3-12 vs. P5 in their last 15?

I saw that record somewhere didn't go back to count it

UF deserves higher than #18

Do you really believe this? I agree that LSU is ranked too high but I also feel UF is also. Florida hasn't played even a mediocre team yet.
