McCaffrey might be used in special teams at Bama, but he would never get a carry from the backfield.
You are one of those "special kind of stupid " Gump fans aren't you.
FWIW - Henry is a stud and deserved the Heisman.

His vision is actually one of his better assets. You're just throwing shite at the wall and hoping it sticks.

Best back in the league within 2 years??? Are you high? Is that honestly what you think you see in his preseason? Wow.

Go look at McCaffrey's stats. It's interesting to me.
He absolutely tore up the PAC 12 defenses.. but they looked like some of the worst defenses I ever saw.. and that includes the worst of the Big 12.. they were so out of position, weak, and slow.. and his line ate their lunch.. but in out of conference games it's interesting.
NW held him to like 50 or 60 yards.. some other small school held him to a ridiculously low yards per attempt on several carries.. something like a 2 or 3 yard avg.. and no rushing tds in these games.. and even in the ND game he was held under 100 on like 30 carries or so and no tds that i remember.
i'm not looking at the stats just off what i remember.. and how it was interesting.. not trying to take anything away from him.. but it was odd to me how he dominated certain pac teams to a ridiculous level , but his highlights don't really wow me.. he's very shifty and he faced horrific defenses. NW has some stud linebacker and he ate McCaffreys lunch in that one game.

How could he be the best RB in two years when he wasn't even top 3 in college???

Isn't that more than 4net had in a regular season game?

Well, by all means, you've definitely given great reasoning to put Henry as the top player in the nfl. Jeeeez

In how many games? Behind Alabama's OL? Really? Cut it out man! Herschel Walker & Bo Jackson would've gone way over 2,000 yards if they played 15 games! Don't be ridiculous! It's ok to be a fan but stupidity is not ok!
Someone has probably already beat me to this, but:
Derrick Henry broke Herschel Walkers record on less carries, not more. Henry would have had even more yards if he carried the ball as much as Walker did.

You must not read many posts here, or do it with a blind eye. You would get the point and its direct response to your post otherwise.

Other than Henry being a Bama back explain to me why Henry will be a NFL bust?
Who said anything about being a bust? He replied to a guy who said Henry would be the best RB in the league in 2 years. That's nonsense considering Elliott is behind the Cowboys line, Leveon Bell is still young, Todd Gurley was just a rookie last year, and Fournette, Chubb, Cook, and a whole squad of elite RBs are entering the draft next year. Plus, he's talking about preseason play vs already terrible defenses.

I still believe mccaffrey should have won. Henry was great bug Mccaffrey was the best "football player" in america.

From what we saw from Gurley last season and the limited action we saw from Zeke against the Seattle 1s, I'd say Henry is gonna be fighting for 3rd best back in 2 years.

You would think the best football player in america, a running back, could score more than 7 rushing td's with 4 f those coming against Northwestern. His competition was a joke. all purpose yards ate mostly useless and the most over rated stat there is.
