no way.
UT is a top-10 national team (supposedly) that should be very good. UF won the east last year and is pretty solid, and UGA should be about what they have been as of late. UK has been making strides. SC and VU will be bad this year.
Compare that to the 90s when UT/UF were elite, UGA was average, adn everyone else blew.

You seem to be trying to build an argument for the East not being down, since say, the Tebow years. If you wish to continue such an exercise in futility, be my guest, it's your time you are wasting, not ours.
