Played against a 6' 10" in HS who was pretty much the same except he was no where near as big.

One year I coached several kids that were huge. 6'8" 320, 6'9" 350, 6'4" 310. Biggest water boys you have ever seen. Though they were pretty intimidating getting off of the bus.
