Great measurables.
Great production.
Great offer list.
Surprisingly low rating, given his measurable and production and offers. You Tennessee fans know anything about him? We're cautiously optimistic in College Station.
Edit: committed today.

I'd call that a good offer list, not great.
Not really any big time standouts except maybe ND.

Penn State, Stanford, Tennessee.

PSU and Stanford were the other 2 I'd consider, but they are not on LSU/Bama/tOSU level of offer. Tennessee gives out like 300 offers a year.

..... is a Bama lean. You guys might land him, but you have a good bit of ground to make up.

So does Bama

I'd consider a Stanford offer bigger than an LSU offer at this point. Much more consistent program.

Okeke plays in the most competitive district in the state of Tennessee, so that's a plus.
He's very raw. Like you said, great measurables, good offers, etc.
In my opinion, from watching the league the past 15-20 years, he doesn't dominate the league that a D1 player should I.e Jacoby Stevens 2017 WR/DB committed to LSU.
Has the potential, but isn't dominate, yet. That's why he's a 3* and not a 4/5*.

No problem.
I should've said dominated the league like a D1 player 'can.'
He is a tremendous player and athlete. I have no doubt he will be a solid contributor anywhere once he gets a RS. and a year or two to develop, it just is unfortunate for him that Jacoby Stevens is playing football across the town. He's unbelievable.
