I don't know if those are the best, but they are excellent.

frick bacon on a hamburger. I love bacon. I love hamburgers, but do not like bacon on my burger. Also dont like jalapenos on anything but mexican food.

Mayo, mustard, pickle, onion, tomato and lettuce. And a slice of swiss or cheddar cheese. THAT son, is a burger.

too each his own. I love peppers, and will eat them on most of my meals if it makes sense. .

I like that too, but sometimes it gets boring so I like to try out new toppings and condiments.

Keep it simple.

Quality ground chuck...... don't over work the patty. Just enough to keep it together.

Nothing but garlic salt and black pepper for seasoning.

Lots of options on cheese but I prefer a slice of sharp cheddar with a little cream cheese.

Condiments are personal preference. To me, too much diminishes the flavor of the burger.

And don't overcook it. Nothing wrong with a medium burger no matter what the FDA says.

Must be cooked medium rare...got to have some pink.
Lettuce shredded not some giant leaf
No tomatoes or pickles
Add thousand island and sautéed onions
Ketchup or bbq sauce.
Cheddar or American cheese...can't do Swiss
Bacon is a must.
Done.

One without cheese, tomatoes, mustard, and onions is a good burger.

You communist choad-huffer! Bacon and jalapeños make EVERYTHING better. Burgers. Pizza. Even the sushi joints use jalapeños.
