lol I hate stripping the ball tactics.
i'd like to eliminate fumbles in football. I hate it when teams get rewarded for hacking at players hands rather than good position defense. it is like a flagrant foul in basketball being rewarded rather than punished.
if they keep fumble turnovers, at least spot the ball no close than the 50 yard line, it is good enough the team got the ball back, shouldn't also get favorable field position.
fumbles ruin so many games. majority of them just bad luck or guys mugging a guy
two years at SC, Boyd got ganged up in a scrum and dropped it, then our punt returner fumbled two and gave them good field position. you wait all year for a game and lose because of fumble luck. lol

How milquetoast of you, I bet someone said the same thing about Miami one day. FSU is a little too close to the sun for my taste. The local cops might be willing to run interference but that won't matter if one of those stars does something to get the feds involved.

well Clemson had done pretty well against FSU in the decade prior to Winston. hopefully post Winston that will continue.
but it was actually FSU's defense that was the better unit the past two years.

Check out Boyd's first season.
That is year we lost bad to West Virginia in the bowl where they scored 70.
That and SC beating us is only thing anybody remembers from that season. lol Not that we beat Virginia Tech twice, their only losses, and won the ACC title and beat FSU.

rookie FG kicker was nervous. he recenty was busted for cocaine at Clemson and probably will be kicked off team. he might have been on crack at the time. pretty good excuse for losing. Just 1 of those would have won it for us. :)
then our track star running back dropped it late in the 4th right after a Winston turnover. basically all we had to do is hold onto the ball and it was game over and he drops it. there was some special teams miscuses too.
