I'm headed to Tuscaloosa this Saturday for the FAU game. I'll need 5 tickets (me, wife, son, daughter, Dad), but expect that I'll only find singles or pairs of tickets.

Last time I tried to arrange to meet somebody prior to the game to buy tickets, the guy's phone died and he was an hour late to bring the tickets. I bought them for face value outside the stadium. I'm hoping to do the same this Saturday.

There are tickets available from the ticket office for FAU. $55 and include a $10 merchandise coupon.
Stub Hub has some below FV, but not sure what they will be with the fee added.

You'll have plenty of tickets for sale at the game, but finding that many together will be really tough. If you wait until just before kickoff, you can buy them well under FV, but be prepared to split up into 2 groups.

Even if you can't find 5 tickets together, it shouldn't be a problem to find 5 together once the game starts. The game won't sell out, and there will be plenty of empty seats throughout the stadium.

That's what we're planning to do. Hoping for a group of 3 and a group of 2. If I have to split us up 2, 2, 1, I'll be the lonely guy watching with strangers unless my family texts me telling me that there is an empty seat near them (hoping I can move to it).

I know the closer to kickoff it gets, prices will drop, but my anxiety level will rise.

Worst case scenario just watch the game in a bar and you had a fun road trip.

Pro tip: If you are buying a ticket from someone outside the stadium ask if you can take a picture of them before you buy the ticket. That scares off the counterfeiters

Stubhub has over 2700 ticket for that game, starting out at $20 per. I used them this weekend for the AU game. It shows your view of the stadium from the selected seats, and they are guaranteed by the School (no counterfeits).
