You realize that Gus has only had 2 classes so more than half our team was recruited by Chizik. Also we've had just as good if not better under Malzhan as Chizik.

fine, you're discrediting tubs eye for talent.

either way you're discrediting a former coach in the attempt to prop up your current coach.

according to who, the recruiting star services?

I for one would rather take a coaches decision on a recruit over what the recruiting services say. and as of now chiziks and tubs approved recruits have done more than malzahn approved recruits

What? I am discrediting Chizik's eye for talent. I thought it was pretty much universally recognized that Chizik has some problems evaluating talent? I guess you forgot the last few years of charts showing how many of his classes failed to make any impact or were gone altogether.
Regardless, Gus (and particularly Rodney Garner) have recruited extremely well on the defensive side of the ball.

They'll go backwards offensively, and yes they will be similar to Texas A&M

Finishing 10-2 would be a great year for the Aubs. But 9-3 is probably more realistic. Especially if they keep piling up injuries on that defense that is suspect in a few areas already. Wish Gus the best. He seems like an alright guy.

But to answer the original question... they will be better than last year's Aggies.

We then get to see how Gus really does on defense. Smart money's on not so good

Carl Lawson, Montravious Adams, and Ben Bradley say otherwise.
