Shocked by this hire, honestly. I thought Papa John would make sure this didn't happen since they're moving to the ACC. Bobo won't leave Mason hanging this year IMO.

Honestly I am envious. Not sure if he's a good fit in that environment be he's a darn good coach regardless. I'm betting some Florida fans are wishing that they could get Strong back instead of Muschamp.

I agree he is a good coach but I live out here and this fan base will never be comfortable with him if he recruits thugs and has off the field issues. And it not because he is black. I think they would take the aggies coach in a heart beat. He will be under a microscope.

My greatest concern would Strong's lack of familiarity with the recruiting environment but I'm sure there's X amount of recruits who just want to got to Texas because it's Texas. It will be interesting to see how it pans out.
