Who will have the better career at Alabama between the 4 new rb recruits...Henry, Tenpenny, Kamara, and Jones.
My pick is Tyren Jones...he reminds me of Michael Hart the Michigan rb who was in the heisman talk a few years ago.

It's a really tough call because any one of the four could turn out to be the best, but if I have to pick one it's Jones.

Gun to head . . . I would probably say Henry.

Heard Tony Barnhart say last week that he talked to Saban about the rbs and Saban said "We have one guy that nobody likes to tackle - Henry"

2013: Henry

2014 and beyond: Jones and Kamara

Think Jones is more of combo of Mark Ingram/Barry Sanders/Doug Martin/Giovani Bernard......not in 2013 but in the future.

Kamara: Percy Harvin type if used as an all-purpose guy and maintains his current size, 195. Maybe "Shady" McCoy if he gets to 210.

Hmmmm.

So he's a mix of the best running back in the history of the game, two Heisman winners, a first team All American, and a very successful 2nd rounder?

Not bad....

Dear Smart arse (4.3 40):

Not saying he's currently as good as those RBs but his "skillset" and style remind of a combination of those RBs. He's not just like either of them....but has certain elements of each.

He's 18 and needs to improve physically as detailed in my post in the other thread discussing RBs.
