Since we've already thrown graveman and lindgrens hurt?

So he is definitely out? Thought it was a game-time decision?
ETA: Even if lindgren isn't able to pitch tomorrow, we still have pretty much the entire pen at our disposal thanks to Graveman's outing today. I definitely think we have the advantage going into tomorrow.

I think by Cohen saying it was a "gametime decision" he means he isn't pitching but trying to hide his cards from DVH. My guess is we piece it together tomorrow with a full bullpen hoping each pitcher can get us 2-3 innings

It's being tweeted out now that Bracewell will start tomorrow.

Best available option IMO(if not Ross Mitchell).
If Bracewell can give us five strong innings, we'll have an excellent chance...

He definitely has the stuff to stifle Arky hitting. Hopefully he has the stamina as well. I'm with you; I'm hoping for 5 solid out of him.

I'm hoping for 4- you dont want to over-extend him since he has just been relieving for the last year or so- plus the arm injuries.
Put him on a pitch count and pull him wherever he is when it gets there

It's all about pitch count anyway. He went 2 2/3 strong against UK last week in relief. He is more of a strike out pitcher, so his count is usually higher opposed to Graveman who pitches to contact.
I'm not sure what we'll have him at. Maybe 80 pitches? If he pitches effectively he can get 5 innings in.

He has thrown 45 pitches and 51 pitches in two of his last three appearances, both 2.2 IP. I wouldn't think they would let him throw any more than 70ish tomorrow.
ETA: He just needs to attack the zone like Graveman did today, and he should be able to give us 5.. I wouldn't be unhappy with 4 though.

70 is what I was thinking to cap him at. Then bring on R. Mitchell and get thru the 7th hopefully.

After looking a little deeper, we may be asking for a little much guys...
58 pitches is the longest outing of his career, and that was over 4.1ip against Washington State last year. However, he did throw 35 and 49 on the Friday/Sunday UK split in the final week of the regular season last year...
Need to also remember that we had to shut him down for a month last year with arm trouble after 3 starts, so I expect us to be VERY delicate here. Can afford nothing less than to overextend Bracewell here -- even if we end up losing this game...

Why isn't Ross Mitchell one of the starters yet? And what is the word on Lindgren?
If he is still hurt, I hope we go Pollo, Graveman and Mitchell for the next series.
ETA: Our hitting outside of Renfroe and Pirtle has been atrocious in SEC play.
Frazier and Bradford need to step it up. I am assuming Rea will get better with time.
