Yes, their defense is great. But out of the two great defenses we have faced, Florida and South Carolina have had a great pass rush. The two solid offenses Bama has faced in LSU/aTm, they have not brought a lot of pressure. Even when they rush 5+ they just don't seem as great as they have in the past.

Yes, Murray freaks out in big games but mostly because he has pressure in his face all day and it leads to his signature terrible decisions.

I think if our OL can hold off their big 3 down linemen and contain their blitz pretty well then Murray can sit back and make a good throw. He doesn't need much. Bama is making Wallace look like a decent QB right now.

Just saying for Murray's sake, I'd rather play a great Bama defense with a decent pass rush than a really good LSU defense with a nasty pass rush. I REALLY believe we can get to the MNC, our defense is looking great and I'm hoping Murray will have some time to throw in the pocket.

I know but that's what I'm saying, if Murray has some time in the pocket we don't have to play 100% flawless to win, IMO. We just have to play a great game. This "UGA has to play their best game and Bama has to play their worst for UGA to win" bull shite that some of these ranters post is stupid to me.

ETA: These kids have never had a chance for a MNC play-in game. They will go balls to the wall and play their hearts out. Go Dawgs!

Have you seen some of our tackling? It's horrible.

Since when? We didn't tackle great today but overall it's been our strength.

It was horrible today because Tech's ball security is bad and we were going after the strip. Our defense wanted to get off the field and avoid the cut blocking as much as possible. We'll be prepared against Bama and CTG will have the ready. Tackling won't be an issue in that big of a game, IMO.

I don't agree.

Georgia's tackling is excellent.

Agreed, We match up much better against Bama's front seven than we did against UF & Scjr..

I think we can score enough to win; probably something like 4 TD's and some FG's. My main concern is stopping their running game behind a veteran and extremely talented OL.

This UGA vs the Gumps game is probably the biggest game in my lifetime. Yea, the 03 Sugar and 07 Sugar were big but there was no title implications with those games. I pray we come out and execute and I will raise hell until the sun come up. The playoff starts now!

GO DAWGS!!
