parking in Athens on gameday

I always park at the holiday inn as we are usually staying there but need advice. Our friends are tailgating at meyers quad and was wondering should we park at intramural fields or east campus deck. I think both of these are free.

That's way too easy of a walk to go park on the other side of campus. Just stay at the Holiday Inn.

Yeah park at Holiday Inn, especially if you're staying there. It's a 15 min walk to Myers and you don't have to get back in your car after the game.

better to walk...and to my knowledge any deck parking will cost you $25-30.

Intramural lots and fields are free and they bus you to the east side of the stadium

then I would suggest to Dustin to take a cab to his friends tailgate, then simply walk back to the Holiday Inn post game...
