If you’re going to speed, it better be an empty interstate. That is just insane..

No, he's not wrong, you're just misintepreting what he says on his website

quote:

NRS 484C.130 is the Nevada statute that defines the crime of vehicular homicide. A person commits vehicular homicide by causing a fatal DUI crash after having at least three prior DUI convictions. Sentencing is 25 years to life in Nevada State Prison.

quote:

If Ed did not have three prior DUIs, he would instead face charges for the lesser offense of DUI causing death (NRS 484C.430).

Car he hit had to be moving the damage was bad in pics but not 156 to a stopped car bad. I bet she was doing a normal pace say 50 when he hit her or she may have been stopped articles don't say.

Yes, this is what the purported charge is. That is a Class B felony. It carries a minimum sentence of 2 years and a max of 20.

What you're missing is misstating the sentencing guidelines for DUI causing death

the force of being hit by someone driving 156 mph, even from behind and wearing a seatbelt, can easily kill someone

Hit at 120, but feel like whiplash alone could break your kneck - she was probably in a car going like 35 or 40 MPH.

Curious now about his upbringing, basic thug it appears. But.....fast!

Being the classic broken home, mom tried but failed, the fact he could run got him special treatment all his life a life where he hung with thugs not as .....fast. Listens to dumb music.

Yeah and the internal trauma caused by that much force could easily kill her too. A seatbelt just keeps her body inside the car. There's nothing a seatbelt can do to transfer the force of being struck by a car going that fast

Maybe you should scold your piece of shite coach that keeps enabling these criminals (Jacobs, Ruggs, etc.,) rather than scolding random strangers on a message board.

fricking loser.

going that fast in a residential area is absolutely insane. Doing it while drunk is unthinkable. Its almost as if he was trying to kill himself and his gf. So fricked up.

My brother sees his dad weekly for work. His dad works for the state, and my brother says he's extremely nice and friendly. Ruggs wasn't raised in a broken home, and he isn't a "thug."

But if he was accused of sexually assaulting someone instead of just killing a woman, it would be fair game, right?

Trival point, he was still going 156mph

how fast he was going earlier in his drive has nothing to do with whether or not the victim died on impact, which was the point of correcting the claim his impact speed was 127 not 156. I am not in any way arguing that 127 impact speed makes him 19% less of a piece of shite.

but cool man, downvote a statement of fact.
