Kobe Hudson, JJ Evans, and Capers are who I think he is referring to

Good thing about Denver, they have Jeudy & Hamler. He has a chance to really stick there.

He’s going to have to work to get touches. Hamler, Jeudy, Sutton, Patrick, and Fant are all guys they really like

I think he makes a roster.

Seems like a serious worker.

Tim Patrick and Courtland Sutton would like to have a word.

Denver is pretty stacked at WR. I could see him being the #5 after those two, plus KJ Hamler and Jerry Jeudy.

Just to keep everyone updated.. I don't know how true this is, but I've seen some rumors that Seth had an issue with blood clots that caused him to drop back further in the draft. What I saw said he has been dealing and managing it for 2 years.. again I don't know how true it is, but it would explain the drop. I think we all expected him to drop some, but 6th rd was a bit much.

If true then him going pro was probably the right decision at this time. He has the talent to make a roster of he puts in the work.

Go look at his draft report, that is what made him drop back. His grade is backup/special teamer

quote:

However, between the 20s, his routes lack salesmanship, he's unable to create separation and he fails to use his size to prevail. Despite some of the flashes and his overall potential, he doesn't have the field demeanor of a player with an NFL-caliber competitive streak. His physical traits are certainly worthy of a Day 3 selection, but he needs to play with more passion if he wants to make it as a long-term pro.

Hope he works his butt off and has a long NFL career

Stove to the Chargers seems like a nice fit.

Herbert is a good QB.
Stove will do what needs to be done to make a roster.

Was he at Auburn 6 years?

This may be true. If so I hope he's ok and it works out. However, his play on the field wast 6th round, his effort was UDFA and his physical talent was probably 4th round. I suspect he went where he should have went.

They have the worst roster in the NFL and just made it even worse. Amazing.

I’m 31 and I know for a fact ever since I’ve paid attention to the NFL the Lions have never seemed to have a plan or a vision for their franchise. I seriously think they draft by Mel Kiper’s draft board.

Go take a look at their WR room. It might be worse than New England’s from a year ago, and that is BAD.

Speaking of NE, I bet Bill could get some good use out of Kerryon. He's a complete back, just can't stay healthy.

If he were to platoon with Michel, White, and Burkhead it would probably keep him on the field and stretch his career.

They just had one of the best drafts in the league. Top 5 good.

Could be worse, Al Davis used to draft by speed especially in the 1st round.

And that means nothing to me. Great draft. Will just blow the next one.

They drafted Harrington and then 3 consecutive WRs in the first round.

And now apparently they’re RB hungry in a franchise that notoriously cannot run the ball.
