“I can’t remember” is a classic hail mary attempt at maintaining innocence.
I thought Orgeron wouldn’t get ensnared in this enough to be axed, but now I’m starting to think he’s not long for this world.

Maybe Orgeron is older than he really is? Like maybe 74 years old with memory issues?

Plausible deniability. He knows he talked to her but if you come out and say I don’t remember talking to her, it leaves the door open that he actually did but just didn’t remember.

Selective memory. Happens to every head coach when their program is under FBI surveillance.

LSU is just the worst.

Toxic culture of rampant cheating, sexual abuse and bold face lies for coverups.

The NCAA needs to burn this house to the ground. Literally everything wrong about college sports

This is one case where O may be telling the truth. Ed is a neanderthal. Would it really surprise anyone if he couldn't remember?

It seems likely that LSU told O not to directly call the old lady a liar.

Remember, the operative phrase is "I don't recall...."

"YAW YAW YAW YAW YAWWWWW Yawww....YAWWWW yaww. RE-call"
