Jordan Harper said he thinks Florida is our main competition for Omoruyi.

I thought the Rutgers inside scoop for him was that he was going to St. Johns. I honestly think he's a better overall fit than Ballo, although either would obviously be great.

Aidoo is another great fit, and he is someone whose draft stock could soar from developing a legitimate 3-pt shot.

I'd be ecstatic with either of those 2.

I like Youngblood. I watch a lot of AAC ball because it’s on Sunday and he is a stud.

AAC POTY, 40+% from 3 his last 3 years, and built like a truck. Not sure how his defense is, but he's definitely built like a good guard defender. Would be huge.

As far as Ballo there was a lot of smoke last night that he was visiting this weekend. So much so that Teilly even reported it this morning. There was even reason to believe we had a very good shot to get him but things can change quickly with portal guys this time of year. I expect whatever happened was NIL related, either he wanted more than we would offer or we have someone else we want more and think we can get.

These situations are fluid. It came out yesterday that Youngblood was visiting Louisville this weekend, their rivals site posted that anong ither people, and now he’s visiting Alabama this weekend instead of Louisville.

You can tell these situations are fluid and yes, there's all kinds of information being put out there without these players knowledge.

I think Wrightsell, Cosby, Mallette, and Youngblood are all similar types of players.

He will be looking to take visits after participating in the Jordan Brand Classic on Saturday, April 21st.

In the EYBL scholastic conference, he shot 50% overall, 46% from three, and 83% from the line according to @LegitSportStats

With Griffin transferring, maybe we can bring in Youngblood.

I think Youngblood is probably a given now, does anyone know what kind of defender he is?

Smh we were just talking about retaining players. I personally dont think Griffin is a huge loss. Kid had what five turnovers in the final game?

Mac said a couple of days ago he felt good about Wrightsell, Jarin, and Sam staying…and that everyone else was TBD. Oats has got the money this offseason to build the roster he wants so anybody he wants to stay will stay.

Except Sears and Nelson because they are considering NBA

Griffin not a huge loss? I don't get that mindset. Dude was pretty good this year. Who was better besides Sears?

I hate all these guys leaving. Arghhh.

great spot up 3 point shooter, great defender starting at the UNC game. Ballhandling, passing, and decision making? About what you would expect from a sophomore....

He will be replaced by a transfer with just as much experience and can fo what he does. Wish he would've stayed but nothing we can fo about it. I don't think guys like the no midrange shots thing. I think it's a big deal. Has to be frustrating to come off the screen and wanting to take the middy but not really being coached to do so

I don't think that has anything to do with it. They aren't told they can't take them. Their shots are charted all through practice and then they're shown that for the vast majority of them, the midrange is a bad/inefficient shot. So, unless they're exceptionally dumb, I don't know how they could be mad about facts.
