They might have already. Check the contract and the associated addendums to the contract.

Even then, the discovery and what not will almost certainly lead one side or another (or both) to strongly consider whether they want what comes out to be in the public eye.

You really are one dumb motherfricker if you think anything Alabama related will be discussed under oath, given that it's completely irrelevant to anything Pruitt did at Tennessee.
