re: The new “opt out” bowls

I'm not opposed to opt outs to prep for the draft. Gives young guys extra practice and game reps and ensures no injuries plus extra prep for those who are making the NFL jump. If they want players to stop opting out they need to make the bowl games meaningful either by expanded playoffs or increased incentives.
