Seth Williams stock dropped this year. He’s been downright bad at times. He really needs another year but I doubt he stays.

I agree. I think another year, especially with a new coach that seems to have better route concepts, would help his stock improve.

But, I wouldn't fault him for trying to get paid either.

So talking about new head coaches and retaining carryover members of a staff, can anyone think of any times this has happened at other schools? Always seems new HCs bring in all their own people but maybe carryovers are more common than I realize.

Yep. He needs another year, but he's not exactly known for reasoning, and keeping his emotions in check.
