Except cases are also jumping in the states that went full crazy hard lockdowns also.
Lockdowns don't work.

Numbers are way down in Virginia despite higher testing numbers. We locked down as much as the average state and opened along federal guidelines much earlier than most states.
There’s a certain amount of personal responsibility to blame. We’re about to enter phase 3 next week.
