I bet after tua came in and won bama it's last title. You saw the tide going 30-0 in '18 and '19 with a threepeat. Am I correct? Don't lie now to us OK. It's so not becoming to a mamaof2.

No, not really. I went to Bama in the 80's when we were not good at all, so I NEVER assume we are winning anything.
It is better that way so when we do win, it is so much better!

It seems to me success (what we would consider success- SEC championship and playoff invite), really is composed of a few things. 1) a top 5 recruiting class 2) keeping the majority of your draft eligible juniors. Bama has been fortunate to keep most of their guys until the end of last year. That played into their depth this year. On the flip side, LSU has typically lost most of their guys until last year when they only lost 2. This is one of the most experienced LSU teams in a while. Also, having an explosive, aggressive offensive philosophy can hide some of those shortcomings in depth. Let’s see how many kids declare for the draft as draft eligible juniors for Bama this year and that will give us a good look into what their chances are next year.

Except that Saban has signed - or at least recruited - a kicker in many of his classes, often the number one ranked kicker.

FYI they only count the top 21 commits. At least that’s how it was a couple years ago.

Tell your friend who obviously has no reading comprehension that there was no mention of class ranking in my post. Ask your friend where he got the notion that anyone was "cropping of the school with the number 1 recruiting class".
I am really beginning to realize that there are many on this board who struggle with reading and comprehending more than one sentence statements or simple pictures.
Sad to think some of you may have even attended some of the institutions that you support!
