I should’ve rephrased, the high school is Elmore County High School. Sometimes people get confused.

Does eclectic have a widely known cult? Just sounds like it would.

247 sports finally makes Brod Jones a 5*.

For those grizzled veteran Auburn fans that happen to have black helicopter conspiracy stories, this probably isn’t a positive development for Auburn.

It’s just your typical small town. If you consider uneducated Alabama fans as a cult, I guess you could make a case.

Gus and Steele were in Eclectic last week watching Dylan Brooks play b-ball. I wasn’t there but many of my hometown peeps posted pictures.

Brian Thornton has apprised all Dollar General customers of Gus and Steele's visit for the past week. Big news here in Eclectic.

Auburn has 12 signees in the top 247. However 10 of those dropped in the final rankings.
Zychevious Walker soared from 170 to 90
Pegues was bumped up from 197 to 188
Tank Bigsby dropped from 70 to 78
Wesley Steiner dropped from 68 to 77
Jay Hardy dropped from 99 to 107
Kobe Hudson dropped from 105 to 156
Zevian dropped from 144 to 164
Ladarius Tennison dropped from 159 to 169
Desmond Tisdol dropped from 135 to 190
JJ Evans dropped from 154 to 191
Eric Reed dropped from 166 to 200
Cameron Riley dropped from 223 to 227

Lastly,
Deandre Butler picked up his 4th star
Avery Jernigan was demoted to a 3*

Lot of drops. Glad Walker’s got fixed though. We are currently 7th in nation according to 247 composite. 5th in SEC

I’m pretty sure Terry and company just throw darts to decide where they land. Like Jones said, outside of the elite amongst the group, there really isn’t much separation. Little surprised Reed, Tennison, and Capers dropped so low. Others weren’t so surprising.

Are they doing any other adjustments?

Chris Thompson Jr at nearly 600 is the only one I have a real problem with

They are all over the place with their rankings honestly. They are good for making a list of top players, but they are far too inconsistent about the things they look at to be taken too seriously. They hear the criticism too, but I imagine they like it because it gets fans talking.

That’s surprising as well. Those are the final 2020 rankings according to Barton though.

Hudson hasn’t played WR in a few years so I get that to an extent. Very tough to improve his stock when he’s not playing the position

The athleticism is apparent
