That is BS and you know it. I have been on the Bus for the majority of his tenure and always said he is what he is. Frustrating and at time erratic. He doesnt always win the games he should which can be said for any coach in the NCAA.
I have always said he has given Auburn football higher highs in his 8-9 years than any coach in a very long time. That is all. I hate the fact that he changed his offense and I still feel that way. I do not like the offense we are running now, I didnt like it last year and I didnt like it when Sean White was running it. I have never wavered from that.
I just think its funny that so many cant see the benefits over the failures. No coach we will ever hire will be without failures. Not a single one. Its just the "Auburn thing" to do with coaches what they have done with Malzahn. Its why you hear stupid shite from the press like we did last week. Auburn boosters looking to replace him. They say it because it has happened in the past and a big portion of our fan base is so obsessed with UA, they cant see straight
Gus is good for Auburn. He has brought many good things. More than any coach in a loooooong time. He is also learning and will get better if he decides to stay and take the abuse he does

I was with you up til this:
He's scheming to hide the weaknesses of our current players and exploiting the weaknesses of the opposing defenses - just like we thought he was "too stubborn" to do in the past.
quote:I'm exactly the opposite. I love the offense hes running now, because it's tailored to the personnel. I don't believe he could run the offense he had in 2010 or 2013 because he doesn't have an RB with the right skillset or an OL that can block for it.

1 SEC Championship and a natty appearance that he lost? You really are content with 8-5 seasons and there's a reason that the only people left on the bus are window lickers.
