This is debatable, since reclassification screwed up Wiley's rating/reclassification.

They are about equal in terms of status/hype as both were in the 15-20 range

For example:

Wiley
ESPN: #17
247: #24 ---> #17 per wiki, dropped when reclassified
Rivals: 5*, no ranking #16 per Wiki
Scout**: #13 per Wiki, now uses 247 so can't check


Cooper

ESPN: #17
247: #18
Rivals: #16

Scout**: No longer exists
