Awesome didn't know State's d is about to face a top qb. That should make it interesting, and I think Hurts faces off against UCLA.

olines will do that, something just clicks(probably a break through in communication) and they start to gel, and just get better and better every week

If Ingram is really coming back from suspension as rumored and can get into game shape by the meat of SEC play, then we will have our best O Line in several years. Fingers crossed there.

QBR makes no sense

How is Lawrence rated that high with more INT than TD?

He has some rushing numbers and doesn't get sack often. He is good at throwing it away. He does take a hit on his passing numbers by throwing it away, but he gains it back by not taking sacks. Athletic qb's tend to do real well on this, and Hurts was always near the top even while he struggled passing.

He’s awesome. Not arguing that. His production has been pretty poor so far though. Comparatively speaking anyway

PFF is still garbage, especially concerning college football

I talk a good amount of shite about LSU but I’ve always been a Burrow fan. He seems considerably better than last year’s Grinder who out-willed defenses. It’s early, but he’s now carving them up.

That's my point. They are better than he made them look. Just take my word for it. There is a lot of talent back there. It's still very young, but they have some really, really good players in their secondary.

right and he would have much lower qbr by nfl standards (and would not be a good fantasy qb), espn does college a little differently, and I like it because an athletic qb does do more in college and not as much in the nfl with his legs in general, and the passer epa is a much better way to settle in the pros.

KSU is sans The Wizard but still probably full of his recruits

State has been given up for dead by the national media so this could be a nice win and some national love.

If I were to guess. State will be the best defense he has faced and he will be under more pressure and numbers will go down.

Texas always has talent of course, but they were trash last year and have been no better this year.

They don’t have a good secondary

My first thought is I wouldn’t want to be on any list that Flippy is on. But since he has to be included, I’d say it’s pretty incredible that Tua and Joe are top five.

As the season goes I think that KSU qb falls, leaving Tua, Jalen, and Joe playing musical chairs in the top 3 according to the defenses they are facing on that particular week. Because all three are athletic and hard to sack, and all three have good wr's to throw to.
