I meant to note that Joe has the highest pass EPA, but espn factors in things such as rushing and sacks, and the sacks are what is bringing Joe down.

Fromm being so low is kind of surprising. At least as surprising as Burrow being so high.

He has played a SEC defense.

I expected him to be number 1 or 2 with Hurts and had to study it to figure out why.

Maybe, but they don’t have to pass protect for 10 seconds for every pass anymore.

Well hopefully our shite head coach puts the other QB in who had nearly double qbr as hicks for the rest of the season.

While technically you’re correct, Vandy is not who people think of when talking about SEC defenses

The turn around from Burrow is incredible. Ed Orgeron deserves credit for facilitating an offense to fit his skill set.

They turned a corner after the first quarter last night. We controlled the LOS for the most part, after that.

I think if you studied it, you find Vandy usually fields a better than average defense and towards the middle in the SEC most years, and their offense usually brings them down. I haven't studied and am not sure.

No doubt, but clearly Joe worked hard in the off season, and deserves the most credit. I always liked him and used to qualify with "never be a Heisman contender, not get drafted in the nfl, but he has mozzie, is tough, and inspires the team around him" now I walk back the first two qualifiers in that statement. Joe has surpassed my expectations so far.

olines will do that, something just clicks(probably a break through in communication) and they start to gel, and just get better and better every week, and sometimes mid game.

Most honest LSU fans will tell you he has surpassed even their expectations. We all thought he would be good. Just not Heisman discussion good.

Burrow is lighting it up.

He made a pretty good Texas secondary look really, really bad. He just gets it done in a no nonsense way.
