The school and city are awesome, and although neither A&M or Texas is Stanford, A&M's acceptance rate is almost twice that of Texas. So they might have been accepted by A&M if they tried.
A whole bunch of LSU fans will make it to the game, and but for the weather, will get a good impression of Texas' best public university.

Lol, no one from LSU is walking through your homeless shelter campus
The hotels and sixth street are on the other side of campus. They will not see your run down and aged buildings but the will see and sit in a texas tech level stadium that even Baylor laughs at
