I thought it was a for sure stretch when he said the A-day game showed that Gatewood doesn’t have that much of an edge in athletic ability when Gatewood didn’t get to run at all.

I can't be the only one that not getting my hopes up, I've had my spirit crushed too many times while Gus is the HC. I hope Gus can figure it out this year, there is to much talent on this roster to suffer through 5 losses again.

Yea i've never thought Pate had that great of insight. He does stuff like this to justify his position and it makes no sense.

Exactly. Dude probably thought Neil Caudle was going to be the starter in 2010, after watching the spring game that year.
