I think Joey is solid just enough as a passer to force defenses to pick their poison, but we will see.

I’m just a huge fan to be honest. I don’t doubt he will struggle at times throwing the ball, but he has room to grow. NM, Cam, Dak Prescott, and others all improved as the year and the seasons went along, and I think Gatewood will too if we stick with him. Prescott sucked throwing the ball his first year. An opponent said Nick Marshall wasn’t a real QB. If we demoted him week 5, then who knows what happens.
Obviously we don’t have to stick with Joey because we also have Bo. I think we have two talented QBs and only one football, so something will give.
You need to ask JvilleTiger though. He’s watched him play and lives in Jacksonville I assume.
