I really think Saban has killed Bama BB. No only by having the school neglect the program and constantly putting "lipstick on a pig" with Coleman, but there is not any fan interest and excitement for the program until after Bowl season and before last year February's recruiting signing period. By then the season is half over and most of the fans are talking about A-day. Oats is probably the only one on campus who wants Saban to retire. Because if he doesn't do it soon, he knows he will fall to the same death as Grant and Avery.

Bama historically dwarfs Auburn in BKBall attendance by about 50%. You should find another hill this morning.

I don't know if it's Saban's fault that the Bama Admin won't level Coleman & build new, but there has definitely been a resistance to put massive $$ into BB facilities.

Kinda like why Auburn still hasn't built a football only facility and hasn't done a much needed JHS renovation? It makes not sense for an Admin to be so short sighted relative to athletic facilities just because the program isn't competing at an elite level currently.
