It’s not an sec thing. It’s a bama Clemson thing

They have scooped up all the talent and the cfp as a byproduct has basically been a recruiting commercial for those two programs And everyone is falling behind

I’ve seen LSU lose to Notre Dame, Wisconsin, etc. auburn to ucf for god sakes. The rest of the country has good teams but it’s a huge gap from the top two depth wise. Huge

I was a huge fan of the four team playoff and didn’t want it to change. But now I’m changing my tune. I think of it like a g5 school joining p5 conference. The g5 school will never have the talent. But once they join a big 12 they will eventually recruit better players than they ever would have gotten in the sun belt

We need an 8-16 team playoff in my opinion. College football would be considerably better with all regions involved. The west coast is dying football wise. But if we can get more schools getting meaningful wins in big games maybe we can spread this talent out

I’m telling you if we go another 4 years with bama and Clemson playing each other people aren’t going to give a shite

But everybody WANTED the CFP so Bama wouldn't get in. Go to 8 or 16 and Bama is GUARANTEED to get in almost every single time. The talent gap is not nearly as wide as many think either. What are other schools doing to develop that talent? Most of the top 8 SEC teams have PLENTY of talent on their rosters to compete. When Bama started this initial push in 2008, and went 12-0 before the SEC Championship game, LSU, Auburn, Tennessee, and several others had MORE talent on their rosters. That is coaching, development, and a little bit of injury luck.

Yes, it would be considerably better watching Clemson and Bama jackhammer teams like Iowa, Washington, TCU, etc. in totally unnecessary playoff games ultimately only prolonging the inevitable leading right back up to Clemson and Bama in the final game. The whole existence of the four team playoff was to redress the balance... and it still hasn't worked.

Some of you guys need to chill. Neither of these two teams are gonna stay atop the mountain forever.

Those who have fatigue probably don’t really like college football.

That's BS. Georgia has had more 5 star players on the roster than Bama since last year.

It's not impossible for other teams to catch up. Most staffs just don't want to put in that kind of work.

It is up to FSU to stop Clemson. No ones fault but those in Tallahasse for deciding not to maintain their place in the ACC.
It is up to the other teams in the SEC to stop Bama. Man up and stop the bitching about Clemson and Bama.

Bro, your whole post is doo doo. Clemson has been in the top 10 recruiting classes TWICE in the last ten years. NEVER in the top 5. The whole premise of all that drivel you posted is shot to shite.
