DSJ what do you think of the Northern Mississippi area just South of Memphis and the Golden Triangle area in the state? I hear very good things about both areas but its been three decades since I lived in Mississippi.

Haven't really lived up that way since college, and then it was just in Oxford (with a short stint in Tupelo). I've lived from Jackson and south since 2000.
There's been a lot of growth up there, but I just don't know a whole lot about it.

Northern MS south of Memphis is nice by MS standards.
Golden Triangle is a shite hole outside of Starkville.
I've always wanted to live in Charleston SC.
