Oh I’ll be the first to say that if Gus does that if we have a big lead and he already has his yards. It’s when Gus does it against scrub teams where most have an issue with it. Those should be games we get young guys experience, that we just never do.

For instance last year: why the hell was KJ getting 20+ carries against La Monroe the week before the IB?!

Hopefully the four game redshirt rule will change this. That rule could’ve possibly kept KJ healthy by the SECC so hopefully Gus will use it to our advantage.
