They weren't required to report it immediately. It wasn't even clear a violation had occurred, since all he did was ask for money. State was fine in waiting until recruiting was over to report it.

State continued to recruit, then it wasn’t until immediately after signing did they report to the NCAA. Then when asked for the info, they took seven months to send anything and even then wasn’t all inclusive, until cam became a star player, then Mullen/urbz got arse hurt and decided to really say what happened with Kenny and bond. State disassociated with boosters as a result.

1) nobody asked for money, State people offered money

2) State waited for him to go elsewhere and then got butthurt and squealed and cried and pointed fingers like the little bitch you are
