They knew money had been asked for him. The coaching staff knew money had been asked for him..................yet State continued to recruit him. That is a violation.
ETA the only documented case of money being asked for Cam was by your former player for Cam to sign with State.
ETA to the ETA Joe Schad's only "source" in that entire story was Mullen's wife.
