Les .. 65 years old with Nat'l Champ credentials to immediately bring Hogs into contention with ability to recruit in the deep South. His last coaching job.

Norvell ...State of Arkansas allegiance with a solid record at Memphis state at a bargain price, perhaps? Young man and ambitious may prove to be a starting place for national recognition, however.

Holtz. Arkansas ties with solid record at LA Tech recruiting players most local to that Ruston base college. Believe he ia a diamond in the rough who will likely move to better things as my concern with Norvell. Nonetheless, a matter we must contend regardless of whom we hire.

My votes are in that order.

No offense, but Norvell is the only one of those three I’d even consider.

WTF is this shite?

Really?

The next coach will need to be 55 years old or younger. If the coach is older than 45 he'll need Power 5 or NFL head coaching experience.

The only one of your three that fits that criteria is Norvell.

I'm finally convinced that we need some offensive creativity .
we also need a strong defense.

I don't think Les is the answer, heck,Danny Ford had a natty on his resume and had hohum results here.

If we're going to make changes let's really change things.

also,no malazahn...I'm tired of a divided fanbase..
