Plenty of coaches have been fired to have success later on. Both these guys inherited cruddy situations

Think of it this way, Muschamp has had better offenses than Jim McElwain, an "offensive minded coach"

I don't think Muschamp was ready for the challenges he inherited from Urban Meyer. I think he is going to do extremely well at South Carolina

That's really not saying much. That's like saying Malzahn has now had 2 defenses better than (insert legit coaches name here).

McElwain's failures on offense doesn't prove to me that Muschamp got a tough draw at UF.
