Realistic choices? I don't think Arkansas would hire Jeff Brohm due to the Petrino connections.

This.
I'm love Shaw as a head coach and he's done a tremendous job at Stanford, but I think the last 5 years have given credence to the belief that we can't compete with an under center, power run philosophy.
I've never been crazy about the spread, but I'm more convinced now than ever that we'll have to run it to compete again in this league.
I wish now more than ever that we'd have hired Gundy in 2012.

I mean petrino ram a very wide open offense and you saw where it got us. It just helps you get your playmakers in space and unless you have elite line talent you need that
