Look at the bottom where the black meets a jagged white line separating the wall from the floor. It's a legit question because that part looks like amateurs painted it. I'm sure it will be fixed but it's pretty obvious and not professional looking at all. The numbers themselves look ok but the paint job is pretty bad.

the poo water was probably still flooded that deep when they painted it. seems like one of the top athletic depts in the land could afford to upgrade that plumbing. brings new meaning to the term "shitty paint job".
