Does this mean you can download this app to wifi-enabled Smart TVs? Or does a "television device" mean something totally different?
And does "TuneIn" cost anything and they are just not bothering to mention that here? Or is it supported by ads and commercials?

No clue. I wish the SEC Metwork would break from ESPN, and do their own network like MLB. I would have no reason to pay for a provider.
