He says its the best its been since 2004 or 2005. Thought it was interesting. The interview starts at about 23 minute mark.

Discussion about Auburn starts at the 30:20 time stamp. Lasts about 90 seconds.

Off topic but he talked about the run we had when White and Pett were healthy, and what happened when they went down. I think Lanier said it about not recruiting another big back but we need a #2 to run between the tackles. A 230+ guy. KJ did it fine until he got hurt when he was fancy with his footwork. Martin and Barrett (190 lb) are not pounders. Really leaves Miller continuing to physically develop the next few months or else we're at risk imo.

I'm not sold on the secondary as a whole yet.

freak athlete. Looks like tarzan, plays like Jane seems to be the book on him though. Absolutely has the tools to be a great RB though. Just has to develop the mentality. Maybe we'll see that this year on the field.

I really like Malik. I think he can be a thumper but with a little more wiggle than Petway. But you are right we need to stay healthy.

Starting secondary is going to be crazy good. Safety depth is a concern.

Maybe if Pettway balls out again, assuming our coaches want him at RB, it will convince Pettway a beast can eat in our offense.

I think we will be stronger than recent teams but 04-06 were some of the most physical teams I can remember. we might still be Junior Rosegreen short of that level of arse whip.

Junior Rosegreen level would leave us with half the defense ejected at this point

Rosegreen removed himself from my favorite player list after that HBO special.

And yes, he would be ejected every game now.

Huh? Rosegreen wasn't on that. You thinking of McClover?

Matter of fact Rosegreen called out McClover for his BS and lies

LINK

quote:

Junior Rosegreen, the guy who nearly killed Reggie Brown, says he was approached by McClover about appearing in the show, but that he ended up cussing out a HBO producer who tried to coax him into an interview.

And here's his actual quote on the matter:

quote:

I called him and cussed his (butt) out. He would say, 'I just want to hear Stanley's story.' I said, 'Stanley's story is he's a storyteller. That's his story.' (Walker) tried so hard to get me to say something bad about Auburn. He would say, 'off the record...off the record'. He said that about 10 times. I said, 'Fine. You want me to tell you something off the record? Here you go: Stanley is a damn liar.

LINK

quote:

Junior Rosegreen, a teammate of McClover's in 2004 who also attended the same high school, said McClover bought the car with Pell Grant money and that it didn't cost $7,000. "That is bogus," said Rosegreen, who called McClover "a damn storyteller
