So, Fisher's teams were 15/34 on 4th down (15/28 if you don't include 2014).
That's not a bad percentage overall. That tells me he doesn't go for it on 4th down unless he's confident he can make it and it's absolutely necessary.

It's also on the extreme low side. He goes for it less than pretty much everyone. This isn't some kind of anti Jimbo spin. It's the simple truth.
Also, sorry but 15/34 (44.11%) is NOT good and 15/28 (53.57%) is average at best.
44% would be tied for 89th in the nation last year and 53.57% would be 63rd.
Again, if you want an aggressive coach Jimbo's past history indicates he ain't your guy. Hell, there were 10 schools that went for it on 4th 30 or more times just last year.
