he did a little of that in high school. He lined up next to Robert Lester on the same team.

They were good.

He did it to seal a playoff game a few years ago.

Stephen A. Smith summarizing on what sets Julio Jones apart in the NFL.

I don't need Stephen A Smith to tell me that Julio is a better athlete than any other WR in the NFL

Where's all the Bama fans chiming in "wrong board" "MSB" like when something gets posted here about Cam?

I hate to nit pick, but it was Robert Lester. And everyone thought he was just a package deal. But he was legit in college.

Brad Lester, had such high hopes of him at RB. Showed so much promise

If only we had a QB like AJ that could actually get the ball to him. It would have been nice to see what he would have done at Bama with him.

Yes but AJ was the most accurate WB of Sabans tenure.

What are you talking about? He dropped every other pass to him in college.
Somebody in the ATL learned him on how to hold onto the football.

Those Patrick Peterson and Julio Jones match ups were biblical.

You're right, but it's nice to hear his talent being recognized nonetheless.

One of his most memorable plays for me at least from his Bama days was the hit he laid in the Sugar Bowl on that Utah DB who otherwise had a sure interception. Pretty much blocked out everything else from that game.

Peterson matched up well - two warriors.
