Its just weird and sad that we accept this farce of a Supreme Court that was never meant to act this way and have all this power over our lives.

The judicial branch shouldn't be partisan at all. Their job is to determine the constitutionality of laws, not legislate from the bench and create law based on personal political ideology.

Totally agree....they have more power or at least it seems than the other two branches.
